Dock FAQs:

Every dock we build is custom for each customer’s personal wants and needs. We can give you a free quote on the dock of your dreams after we get a little more information about design type, wants/needs, and water type/location.

  1. The survey must show the elevation and 745 GRDA Taking Line marked and measured.
  2. If the property is located in a cove, the 1/3 distance must be shown on the survey. A licensed Oklahoma Surveyor must perform the survey. We would be glad to view your current survey to see if it will be acceptable.

If you are changing the footprint of your current dock, relocating you dock, or wanting a new dock built, then you will need an Approved GRDA Dock Permit.

Yes, if we are awarded your dock project, we can get your packet ready and work with GRDA on your behalf to acquire the permit.

Yes, site visits are completed during the estimate/quoting phase.

That is completely optional and up to each customer. You can choose to be present, or we can complete the walk-through and prepare our notes and report back to you.

Our preferred decking is K&R Rockface Pre-Cast Concrete Decking in Ivory. Gangways are decked with MoistureShield Composite Decking in Cape Cod Gray. Additional options include: Composite, Aluminum, Exotic Hardwood options (IPE Brazillian & Kayu Batu Malaysian)
